Yes, there is no “bait & switch” here! All inspections are performed by a registered Professional Engineer (PE) specializing in building restoration, someone who is highly qualified in identifying building deficiencies and making recommendations to the owner on the spot.
Can you recommend local quality contractors to assist me with your recommendations?
Yes! SRE maintains relationships with proven, quality contractors in various trades, including coatings, masonry repairs, window replacements, concrete repairs, and other areas. SRE can develop detailed drawings and specifications for your project, large or small, in a cost-effective manner to get the best bidding results from the best contractors in the area.
Do you provide help during the construction process?
Absolutely! A quality finished product can only be achieved through good communication and oversight. SRE can provide construction administration services for any project, including but not limited to running progress meetings, evaluating construction pay applications, reviewing contractor products to ensure compliance with the project specifications, and performing an adequate number of site visits for the scope of work to ensure conformance with the design documents.
What regions do you work in?
SRE is committed to personal service for each client and building. We really do “Care for the Built Environment,” which requires a hands-on approach. Our service areas include Eastern PA (including Harrisburg, Scranton, Allentown, Lancaster, and Philadelphia), New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.
What size projects do you usually accept?
SRE has the experience and flexibility to accept projects of varying sizes, durations, and construction costs. Each project is discussed at length with the building owner on site. SRE then develops a customized proposal for the project.
